By booking an appointment, purchasing a programme or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Scope of ServicesThe clinic offers: • Acupuncture • Spinal Flow sessions • Nervous system–focused treatments • Fertility support programmes • Stress, pain and hormonal balance programmes • Natural Hormone Therapy (NHT) consultations • Laboratory testing (hormone test, gut test, vitamin/mineral hair root test, food sensitivity test) All services are provided as alternative, supplementing health support, not as medical treatment.
Disclaimer – Not a Replacement for Medical CareThe services offered do not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a medical doctor. Clients are responsible for consulting their general practitioner regarding: • acute or severe medical symptoms • medication changes • medical concerns or emergencies The clinic does not diagnose illnesses and does not adjust or prescribe medication.
Client Responsibility
By booking a session, the client confirms: • they are over 18 years old (or accompanied by a guardian) • all information given regarding health history is truthful • they understand the nature of alternative holistic treatment • they consent to treatment It is the client's responsibility to inform the practitioner of pregnancy, medication use, medical changes or recent surgeries.
Payment & PricingPrices are listed on the website and may be updated without prior notice. Payment methods: MobilePay, bank transfer or cash. Payment is due on the day of the session. Packages/programmes are non-refundable, but unused sessions can—after agreement—be transferred to another person.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations later than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session price. Programmes or test packages follow the same policy for scheduled consultations.
Test Programs – Additional ConditionsTests (hormone test, food test, gut test, vitamin/mineral test): • are paid at the time of pick-up or ordering • cannot be returned or refunded once issued • results are for personal use and not intended as a medical diagnosis. The practitioner is not responsible for delays in laboratory processing.
Privacy & Data ProtectionAll personal data is handled according to GDPR and described in the clinic’s Privacy Policy. The clinic collects only necessary information and does not share data with third parties except relevant service providers (e.g., laboratories or accounting partners).
LiabilityThe clinic is not liable for: • outcomes of treatments or programmes • individual responses to supplements or lifestyle changes • actions taken by the client outside the consultation • indirect or consequential losses All treatments are undertaken at the client’s own responsibility.
Website & ContentAll content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is protected by copyright. Content may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.
Changes to Terms & ConditionsThe clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website.
